Growing up in Tucson, Melinda Eslinger is a true Arizona native with a strong background in teaching and small business ownership. She launched her career in Marketing directly out of college after graduating from San Jose State with a BA degree in advertising. Recognizing her passion for teaching, Melinda subsequently went on to receive her master's in secondary education and taught Language Arts at the high school level.

As a former English teacher, I am passionate about improvement, development, and refinement, whether it's personal or professional. I have my sights set on raising the bar in real estate on a structural level. To that end, I serve on several boards with the AAR (Arizona Association of REALTORS®), create and teach continuing education classes around the state, and proactively research methods for improving my own process wherever possible. As the owner and designated broker for my company, I take my responsibility to guide my agents and clients very seriously. With the GRI (Graduate, REALTOR® Institute), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), and SFR (Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource Certification) designations, I am knowledgeable about all aspects of the real estate process.
